We wanted to let you know about an upcoming public consultation about a proposed solar farm on land south of Easton Lane, Hacheston. Residents should have received a flyer through the post about this consultation, but  we thought a reminder might be useful too.

Grupotec, the project developers, are holding this event to share details about the project and answer any questions from the community. For more information, please see the project’s website: www.grupotec-anconasolarfarm.co.uk. The website will be updated with exhibition materials the day after the consultation.

Public Consultation Details:

• Date: Wednesday 26th March

• Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Location: Hacheston Village Hall, The Street, Hacheston

We hope you can make the event and ask your questions. Parish Councillors will be attending at various points during the consultation. Please help spread the word to your neighbours too, so everyone has the chance to have their say.

We will also be holding an Extraordinary Parish Council meeting to discuss the planning application:

You are welcome to join us at this meeting or to send your thoughts in advance for Councillors to consider. The developers will be at our meeting to answer any additional questions during the public forum.
